Account & Data Deletion

At Aqua Farming, we respect your right to control your data. Below are the steps to permanently delete your account and all associated information.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the Aqua Farming mobile app:

  1. Open the app and log in.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Select Security & Privacy.
  4. Tap Delete Account & Data.
  5. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

Notice: This action is permanent and will delete all farm records, pond history, and credentials.

Option 2: Delete via Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by sending an email to our support team.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes your profile, authentication record, and all farm operational and financial data (stocking, feeding, health, harvest, expenses, suppliers, and payment references) from our production systems.

Processing and Retention

When an account is deleted, we remove all personally identifiable information and operational farm history from our production systems. Manual email requests are typically processed within 48–72 hours.

Some data may remain in secure encrypted backups for a limited period (maximum 30 days) as part of our disaster-recovery procedures before being fully purged.
